Master your colour belt patterns directly
from ITF World Champions selected and supervised by General Choi, Hong Hi, founder of Taekwon-Do. This DVD provides
the two preliminary exercises along with patterns Chon-Ji to Choong Moo. All students will benefit greatly from
this professionally filmed training tool. All patterns have been supervised by General Choi, Hong Hi. Also included
are interviews with General Choi, an extensive Korean Interpreter and many other Dojang extras.
